SCOTT PROCTOR, PRINCIPAL

Scott is a financial businessman by nature and an accountant by profession. With over 30 years in public accounting and being a senior financial executive in a number of corporations Scott has a wide education and career.  In public accounting he has been the Senior Partner of a numerous offices , both nationally and internationally. He holds a Ph.D. in Accounting and a Bachelors of Business Management with a minor in hotel and restaurant administration. He also holds the following professional designations and affiliations of  Certified Fraud Examiner,  Certified Public Accountant,  Certified General Accountant,  Chartered Litigation Accountant and Society of Professional Mangers. His career includes a number of professional awards and service as a Member of The Board of numerous public and private companies.  He is a noted author numerous articles about finance, accounting, international taxation and finance.

JOSHUA GOTTESMAN, PRINCIPAL

Joshua Gottesman has spent his entire post-collegiate career in public accounting.  During this 20-plus years of experience, Joshua has served a wide variety of clients, with particular expertise in partnership and LLC taxation, the real estate industry, and consulting engagements for a large variety of small business clients.  In his practice experience, he has helped many companies as a “CFO-to-Go” providing services for businesses that need assistance in implementing more efficient systems. Joshua holds a Masters of Science in Taxation from the University of Baltimore and a BA in Accounting from Towson University. During the seven years before helping launch PG Business Growth Advisors & CPAs, Joshua was a principal with Bruce & Gottesman, CPAs and Consultants  .  In addition, Joshua has worked for accounting firms in Baltimore and Rockville, Maryland and Las Vegas, Nevada and with the international firm of KPMG Peat Marwick, LLP in their offices in Washington, D.C. and Montvale, New Jersey.  Joshua is a licensee of the Nevada State Board of Accountancy.
